What you are currently feeling in your life is an indication of what you are likely to experience in your future if you continue feeling the same way. Conversely, what you are currently experiencing in your life is an indication of a strong feeling or emotion you had in your past. Feelings and emotions are the guidance system you have created to determine where you came from and where you are headed. Emotions have powerful creative ability. Emotions that carry the highest vibrational energy are love, joy, gratitude, appreciation, passion, wellbeing, empowerment and freedom. Emotions that carry the lowest vibrational energy are anger, fear, hate, guilt, shame, and blame.
The Emotional Scale is a list of feelings ordered from the highest to the lowest vibrational energy. All emotions and feelings create biochemical reactions in the body that affect its function. Those emotions positioned above the line have an anabolic or healing effect on the body, while those positioned below the line have a catabolic or destructive effect on the body. Wherever you are on this scale at any given moment is an indication of the type of experience you are headed for in your future. It is also an indication of the type of biochemical reactions that are taking place in your body. Become aware of your feelings at all times. Moving yourself up the emotional scale will not only help to shape the future experience you are likely to have, but it will also help to restore balance, harmony, health, and wellness to your body.
Here is a way to use the emotional scale to improve your health as well as your current experience. First, determine where you are on the emotional scale by the feelings you are presently having. Next, move yourself up the scale by focusing on a feeling that is just above it. Verbalize the feelings of that higher level in affirmative statements. As you start to feel better, move up to the next level with affirmative statements that reflect that higher emotion. As you work your way up th scale watch the transformation in how you feel. The circumstances of your life must follow suit. That is the law. Remember however, not to focus on the circumstances of where you are, focus only on the feelings of where you want to be.

Never judge where you currently are on the emotional scale. You do not have to leap all the way to the top of the scale to feel better. For example, it is easier to go from depression to anger than it is to go from depression to joy. Remember that any improvement along the emotional scale, no matter how small, is improvement none the less, and will allow you to feel better immediately and improve your body function.
